    Ayaw ng tatay ko ng ganun gusto nya yung aura sa loob kasi ng Ayala Heights. Its no Valle Verde in bonga pero the air is really clean and the place is really quiet and serene. Nice view too...

    Tama lang siguro na wala ka nang broker. Kasi kung meron, added 100k pa siguro yan dahil sa kanyang komisyon.

    Hey... Valle Verde is in the heart of urban congestion... Ayala Heights is nice and quiet... and really expensive... 30m sounds just about right.

    If your dad likes the quiet life... mag-Laguna nalang kayo... Sobrang tahimik because everyone is always stuck in traffic...

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

    Basta sigurado lang ang buyer sa papeles na walang sabit, check the title ownership with the Register of Deeds to find out if the title is authentic and/or if it is mortgaged, or has any liens or encumbrances. Plus the legwork and documentations involved after the purchase...
