Anyone has experienced franchising a fast food outlet?

I was thinking kasi of helping my mom's inaanak. Di kasi sila that well-off pero she wants to start some kind of business. I was thinking of shelling half of her capital requirements tapos sya half tapos 50-50 kami sa venture pero sya na mag manage ng business...

I was thinking Reyes Barbecue or something of that sort...

Any helpful comments will be appreciated!

as they say location! location! location !

as with any business venture, nothing beats prep and feasibility study pa din. pero yang food business na yan rare talaga malugi kasi tayong mga pinoy mahilig kumain lol.

Nope sya mag mamanage. She doesn't even have enough capital to start one I just wanted to help her. I am just giving her a way to start making a living. Pero syempre I want my due share pero I will let her run it.

Pero two birds in one stone yan eh. Yun na nga I wanted to help a person make a living but the second bird is I also want to diversify my income stream. Currently I am running a securities/currency trading business. I want to get into food business and to get into a different industry so that I have a backup, because you never know...

The first rule in business is knowing your business.

If you don't know anything about food business, stop and study first.

always consider the foot traffic sa area then kung anong target market mo.
