Thinking if it is wise to invest there. Any comments?

Is this the village at the cavitex exit? Also near landcaster of pro friends?

Yes sir. Few kms from cavitex exit.

We went there before becoz my wife had a group seminar there. She's an accredited sales agent of antel. The location looks good but one thing i noticed is that there are creeks around the place. If you really want a nice investment try avida(ayala group) i think its better

Try looking at the houses there and how they elevated their garage and perimeter fences.

I passed that area before. If i recall correctly, the neighboring villages were elevated while this one was not.

Yes, bumabaha dyan. That whole area were rice paddies back in the day.
