i have worked at the following buildings in makati:

The Insular Life Paseo corner Ayala. Bulok pa nun dati, pati interiors, pero ngayon bago and remodelled na daw (as per my wife). Wide parking, pero exposed sa elements. Before, food was so-so, but now, medyo may choices na.

Citibank Towers, Paseo de Roxas. Medyo luma na sya, and ang hirap lumabas specially at night. Pero daming chikas. Mostly citibank employees. Ang hirap ng parking. Food is ok.

Accessible going to Skyway, Buendia, Ayala, Pasay Road. Daming food choices, wide basement parking (B5, B6, B7), although i used to park sa B4 dahil company paid.

Walang chikas. Ang bagal and parating sira ang elevators. Di masarap ang food. Used to park at the dela Rosa 2 carpark (company paid).

I am now working at the Enterprise Towers... Same as RCBC but with less strict security. Hirap lang lumabas specially at night dahil traffic sa Paseo de Roxas. Dami ring eye candies. May Watson's sa loob. hehehehe. Still parks at the dela Rosa 2 carpark (company paid).

The best for me is RCBC Plaza, the second is Enterprise. Among the other buildings that i would want to work in is yung Ayala Towers (tapat ng Enterprise) and Phil-am Towers Paseo de Roxas (pero i'm sure, na traffic din dito pag gabi...)

    Pinaka-ayoko?

    a) Vicente Madrigal Building
    c) Rufino Towers.
    d) The Old Makati Stock Exchange Building (ang daming paniki dun pag gabi..)
    e) The buildings along Pasay Road (like Fujitsu Center, etc.).

Wow. Naka-ikot na talaga si 1D4LV.

I am working now sa Phil-am and its ok rin naman. Bad trip lang ang parking kasi its littered with humps and in inconvenient places. Plus, traffic pa pag-alis mo ng parking.

I'd like to work either sa 6750(?) beside Shangrila hotel para madaling puntahan ang Glorietta or sa Equitable tower sa may Paseo kasi madali ang parking doon.

Ang ayaw ko talaga is the Prudential Building along Ayala (it should be torn down na) and PBCom tower dahil ang daming daming tao doon.

    OT:

    From South MM,-

And, we encourage everyone to wear 'office attires'....Ayos! ....

In as much as possible, I stay away from Makati....
pero a few months back, when I had a 2 weeks training in Makati, kahit papanu nakatikim ako ng "what-its-like" to be working in Makati wherein somehow laki na ng improvements. Foods are abundant na kasi almost all buildings may mga fastfood, but still I find it hard to park and the rush hour traffic, sobra parang di ko kakayanin hehe...

In 2 years perhaps lipat na kami ng building, but not definitely in Makati, somewhere near the ports as our company is currently engaged.

    IMO, parang okay sa RCBC.

pinaka effecient daw na building eh yung Philam Tower, in terms of space, backup power, aircon, elevators, etc.. so yan ang class AAA building together with Enterprise, RCBC, 6750, Ayala Tower One... i think nasa 1,000 to 1,500 per sqm na dyan sa mga buildings na yan.. tapos malulupit ang after office aircon charges..

In terms of food naman.. ok sa RCBC at Enterprise..

In all the buildings in Makati, where do you want to work?
