Wow.... in a year's time my wife is now the country manager of the company. They're hiring again.

Sa totoo lang, the reason they're hiring is becuase some of their senior progs left. Hindi ko maintindihan sa mga kabataan ngayon kung ano ba talaga ang priority nila..... compensation is above IT standard.... presyong consultant for a regular position.... siguro nagkaka-edad na lang ako pero kung pede lang ang nepotism dun pumasok na din ako..... grabe ang growth dun primarily since dahil startup siguro yung company.... baka din kasi na-pressure kaya umalis.... pero how we handle pressure defines us kasi e..... nobody likes a quitter.
