Sir effective ba talaga steering wheel lock?

Talagang hindi matatangal or mauubos oras ng carnapper pag tatangalin?

Watch Gone In 60 Seconds (Nicolas Cage) if you haven't already.

These devices are deterrents. Nothing's burglar proof if the burglar is determined or resourceful enough. But it does discourage the small time ones.

That said, I use one myself.

Tinanggal nya yung buong manibela, tapos pinalitan ng "spare" na dala nya. Hi-tech?

Yung sakin padala lang galing US, so hindi ko alam kung locally available. So far, I haven't seen one here. It just has "The Club" written on the shaft.

Type R yung binili ko sa Concorde.

May imitation nga akong nakita parehong-pareho sa steering wheel lock ko pero isang batak lang tanggal na made in China eh.

    Deterrent lang talaga.

I could have bought a more expensive and "secure" lock like Carryboy's 3Lock....but alas, this one could not be seen from the outside.

I ended up getting a P500.00 baseball bat type lock. Visible deterrent.

And...when I park, I usually park, katabi ng mga magagandang kotse, hoping na yun katabi ko ang titirahin muna.

Just do the smart thing... do a fuel pump kill switch and locate it somewhere where people won't think of looking. ;)

They'll be able to start the car, but they won't get very far.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
