    Hi pips,

I just bought a used car and i need to do the following:
    1. installation of keyless entry
    2. installation of powerlock
    3. repair of right side mirror switch
    4. repair of glove box
    5. battery check/change

Meron ba kayo marerecommend na gagawa ng lahat ng nasa list sa las pinas area? How about sa motortown alabang town center?

    Please advise.

Just try to avoid the Rapide/Zafra shops.

The shop next to Ceejay's Aircon (almost fronting Uniwide, not the tire shop adjacent to them) has fair prices on battery stuff.

If your car has no power windows/lock and you want to have such accessories installed, I think you will have more choices in the surplus shops in Evangelista. There are also surplus glove boxes available there.

You can start inquiring for parts prices (if you want brand new parts installed) at ATCO or Alabang Parts Center.

What is the make/model of the car?

It would help other tsikoteers here identify which best places to go for which car you have..

Some shops in Motortown ATC that you might consider:
    • Roadstar - have had some work done on car alarm, central door locking system, attaching mp3 aux wire to HU, tinting, tires, alignment. Madaling kausap, easy to haggle for discounts. You can set an appointment in case the place is full when you're a walk-in customer. Suggest you go in the morning or immediately after lunch.
    • Martin's - pakabit ng busina, other electricals, cleaning of K&N filters. Owner usually hangs out at the shop, knows cars well so you can talk to him about other needs.

meron tsikot.com store just in front of philamlife village. it's right beside the village gate. almost in front of the monterey meat shop.

i'm sure they can accommodate the first two entries in your list. as for the others, i think the posters above have already addressed those

ATCO is along Zapote-Alabang Road but toward the Zapote junction. When going to Zapote, it will be to your left near the Christ The King Clinic(?)/Hospital(?), which is also to your left. Before the hospital is Pamplona Central Elementary School, also to your left....

I went to ATCO Las Pinas last Saturday. I bought a pair of side mirrors, meron na mga mekaniko dun na mag-install babayaran mo nga lang ang labor. Yung parking space nila can accommodate about 4 vehicles. Tapos another 4 pede pa harangan na lang yung mga nasa unahan.

Kung meron kayo GPS, here is the exact location of ATCO Las Pinas:
    North 14*27'43.0"
    East 120*58'09.7"

Meron ba kayong recommendation for an autoshop in Las Piņas that specializes in car suspension? Yung kayang ang minor modifications sa shocks para magfit sa sasakyan. Magpapakabit sana ako ng replacement shocks on my VW Polo. Mahal masyado ang OEM shocks and walang readily installable na replacement parts.

Saan kaya murang magpakabit ng timing belt here in LP? Medyo limited kasi budget ko. Yung pinakamura na napagtanungan ko so far is P1400. Yung trusted mechanic ko north of Manila only charges 1k. Malayo lang kasi.

hahahah, pwede n yan sir or hingi ka ng discount.

pero imho, para mas makatipid ka isabay mo na lahat ng dapat palitan like water pump, tensioner bearing and etc.
