    Is it normal for the parking sensor to continuously beep when it's raining? The sensors worked ever since i got my car a week ago. First time i drove it under heavy rain and the sensor has been continuously beeping. Should i have the sensors replaced?

    It's not normal, unless you put your gear in reverse and there are objects near your car.

    Continuos beeping is not normal not unless there is an objuect behind your car.

    Btw, ganyan nangyari nun nasira backup sensor ko ng Casa, non stop tunog pag nag reverse gear ako kahit wala naman object sa likod

    Shouldn't beep unless there's an object close by/obstruction.

    Also, have your sensor check first and see if need replacement.

    HI Sparton, the sensor probably was reacting to the amount of water that the sensor mistook as an object
    Try it when it is not raining. If it does not change then bring it to the dealer.

    Tried it again a couple of hours after siya nabasa. So far ganun pa rin. I read somewhere na hindi daw naka-seal ng maayos and basa pa rin sa likod ng sensor. Anyway, balik ko na lang sa casa. Iniisip ko pa kung ibabalik ko talaga since hindi ko masyadong kelangan ang rear sensor. Parang wala rin akong tiwala dun. Hehe

    iniisip ko rin magpakabit na lang ng avt HU with rear camera.. kaso mejo mahal sa casa.. d ako sure kung may mabibilhin nun sa labas na mas mura.
