Questions with Car Alarm

I had a car alarm installed a week ago together with central lock. My problem is sometimes it does make an alarm even i shake the car by pushing sidewards, lift the door lever even slap the body in armed mode (not silent mode). Is there something wrong with my alarm? Should I return it? But sometime it does make an alarm.

If I were you, I would take it back to the shop who you bought it from for them to check why it is not working like it should.

1. adjust the sensitivity knob according to desired level.
2. move the thread to the Car Security and Safety Systems subforum.

set the sensitivity sir... it is located at the alarm conrol box ^_^
