for some cars, it's just "reach in, twist the holder, and remove.

for other cars, one has to remove the rubber weather protector collar, then do the previous above.

for still others, one has to remove some engine accessory or battery, so's one's hand can fit, to do the above.

many hownmer's manuals have diagrams, even.

youtube has lots of DIY videos, po. try 'em.

warning! do not touch the bulb glass with your bare skin. use tissue paper when handling.
