A new transmitter cost me Php 1,400.00 sa Jaffas sa may Banawe. Wala sila nung original look na transmitter so generic na transmitter case na lang ang ginamit.

I think yung transmitter ang adapted to the existing code ng alarm ECU.

Try ninyo din po bumili sa original na installer ng Alarm ninyo where in most cases they do sell an OEM remote for your Alarm. Kung wala ay ask for the official distributor or your Alarm brand in the Phils and call them directly for a replacement. Goodluck. ;)

wow. yung new remote ang mag-adapt sa security ng Car natin?

so ibig sabihin kahit sino pwede magakaroon nito at maaaring madaling mabuksan ang mga tsikot natin?

Yep, it's just like having your keys duplicated. I once accompanied a friend to Banawe to buy a replacement remote transmitter for his Viper 900, yung 4 buttons pa. They were able to copy his orig remote in 10 minutes! They would just switch the ignition to the 'on' position then press the buttons on the "blank" remote in a certain sequence and walah, its done! That was 6 years ago, if I remember right, they charged him P1,200 for the new remote.:D

i went to metro department store sa market market recently and i saw a shop/kiosk dun sa loob ng metro dedicated to remote car alarm duplication... wasn't able to get the contact nos/name of the shop dahil naaliw ako sa iba iba remotes na pwede gamitin to duplicate your existing remote. price range from 1.5k to 3k.. yung 3k switchblade type. meron din yung nakaintegrate na yung key sa remote although hindi nagreretract unlike the switchblade

true, saw a thread na 1K lang yun alarm system, ako naman casing lang yun sira kaya nakahiwalay siya sa susi ng kotse.

Depende sa alarm siguro. Kung pricey yung alarm then worth na siguro yung pa duplicate.

Car alarm remote duplicate..
