Help: Alarm/Remote/Auto Lock Conked Out

Hello To all,

The alarm/remote(titan lang) of my ride suddenly just stopped functioning. Although yung LED nya is nakikita ko pa na may ilaw (pati na rin yung remote controller, my LED pa rin na umiilaw pag na-press). And dati, pag pihit ng key sa ignition, auto-lock na sya, ngayon hindi na? what could possibly be wrong? Balik ako sa time na as in wala pa naikabit na alarm...

pls help. ano pwede ko tingnan or butingtingin...???

wow di kaya loose connection yan? check all the wirings kung ok lang ang kabit nila.

resmile: bro, titan din ang alarm ng car ko and almost 1 year ko na din na hindi ginagamit (disabled the system) kasi nagloloko na at ayaw gumana ng remote. just this morning, while i had my HU cleaned sinabi ko na din ang problema dun sa gumagawa. ayun, pinalitan ng bagong battery yung remote then meron silang inadjust sa loob ng remote, then after a couple of tests... gumana na. dati dati kailangan nakatapat sa windows ng driverside bago gumana....pero after the adjustment they made, kahit malayo gumagana na. i had it checked at CarLand Mktg., Malugay St. Makati...look for Melchor.

i agree with gwapito, check mo wirings... as for the remote, kapag ayaw pa rin after battery change, pa-check mo na lang sa mga shops, dami gumagawa nyan sa banawe...

thanks for all the replies... I had it checked sa honda where i had it installed. And sabi sa akin, ni-reset lang daw nila. i asked what could have caused it, wala naman sila masabi. Next time, palitan ko na tong boring na TITAN na ito...
