would it help to glass etch your plate number sa side mirrors?
it would be harder for them to sell stolen side mirrors with glass etched plate #s

I've seen this sa mga taxi (sa mga windshield and all other windows) and some private vehicles way before pa as part of vehicle security.

where can I have my side mirrors glass etched?

You can try Aurelio's Glass Arts and Crafts. Which reminds me, pending pa pala yung side mirror etching ko sa kanila. They charge P500, both side mirrors na yun.

Pag laser etched like Big Bert's offer kelangan yata alisin pa yung mirror assembly. Meron akong kakilala sand blasting ang ginagawa, mas matagal pa yung preparation kesa sa etching. Last time I asked, nasa 400/pair na.

15 mins lang pala yun, buti na lang at hindi ipapaiwan. mejo mahirap mag maneho ng walang side mirror.

although wala na tayong magagawa pag ninakaw na, at least mahihirapan na sila ibenta or pwede mo maidentify if ever they try to sell it back to you. (assuming di nila makita plate# mo or sadyang di mo ikanabit habang nagtatanong sa mga tambay sa banawe. )

napalagyan ko na ng etch, ok nga e. ngayon istead na itupi ko yung side mirror, open na lang lagi para makita agad yung etching at di na paginteresan.

I think as long as 2 etching lang yung ipapalagay mo, 300 pa din. same process din naman ata for windshield or side mirror.
tama po ba theveed or blackmagic?
call them na lang po to confirm and give your plate number para pagdating mo, etching na. they have to make the stencil of your plate beforehand or better dropby para maisulat mo yung actual size ng etch na gusto mo.

it's 150 per etch, but we do give discounts kung pati mga windows at windsheilds papa-etch din...

cars total of 8 panels (2side mirrors, 4 windows, and 2 windshields)= 1,000
suv and auv - 10 panels (2side mirrors, 6 windows, and 2 windshields) = 1,200

just call vince(balckmagic) for the appointment and for the plate number so we can prepare the template in advance

i just had my car glass etched yesterday sa big bert's... wala na pala yun promo..

they charged me 1,200 pesos for my 8 panels.. but their car wash is superb.
