Hindi lang po yung magpatunog ng wangwang ang bawal. Bawal din magpakabit. IMHO, hindi astig pag may wangwang ka dahil dumagdag ka lang sa mga sumusuway sa batas.

I will still have to check the available tones on the unit but AFAIK some of them are:
    1. P.A. (public address) - you can speak through the speaker to communicate with people outside of the vehicle (useful if you are using an armored unit with inoperable windows).

    2. Wail - for long distance driving
    3. Yelp - for use in close quarters/dense traffic
    4. Hi-Lo - used in Europe
    5. Hi freq - like the 'burst' siren used by PSG
    6. Then there's the one that's sounds like a spaceship used by motorcycle police escorts.

I'll get the names right when I get the time. South Korea also has unique siren tones. You can Youtube to get actual samples.

Avoid the China made ones used on current PNP mobile units. They don't sound nice and do not penetrate through the background noise as well unless you mount them on the roof.

The Federal Q siren is usually associated with firetrucks.
hi-lo used by ambulances (pcso ambulance)

yung "burst" siren naman is is called "phaser" or piercer.

yung #6 naman na tunog i dunno the name but yung siren na nabili ko is meron ganun. parang low tone yelp.
