it's almost a year since I bought it, still works very good. checked their website, di na ata available

countless times na rin siya tanggal-kabit when parking on unsafe spots. pag nasa bahay lang, I do not bother to remove it

kinuha ko yung sd card niya and put it into a raspberry pi, ok pa naman pero I like the new one on the dashcam. pareho pa rin binili ko, its a samsung evo 32gb (mp-32d ata)

recently lang ako kumuha ng rearview mount for it, around 320 sa "zada". 'square' ang mount point nya, similar to the G1W

gusto ko sana kumuha for the rear naman, and am eyeing the G1W, "pwede na" and meron sa nabanggit na online store at around 1k+ lang, cheap enough I guess. problema lang siguro sa mounting and wiring, ayoko ng suction type on a tinted window. merong flat plastic cover yung 3rd brake light kaso suction lang yung kasamang mount

Good day! We're planning to buy a dashcam (either Transcend DP 200 or 220), nagkakaproblema po ba ang batteries (or ang unit) kapag matagal nakababad sa araw? Parating na kasi ang summer at roughly maghapon nakapark sa open carpark ang sasakyan.

nangyari na rin sa akin pero i have sorted it out, either:

- maluwag yung stock cigarette port. nung nilipat ko na sa port splitter, i ensured na tight fit na siya. pwede rin i set ang delay ng auto shutdown, for example nalubak at na dislodge yung saksakan
- corrupt yung memory card. nung nagtetesting pa ako ng differet cards, pag di siya maka write after several secondsag off siya. put a good card and ok na

after i have the kinks sorted out, very reliable na siya. basta pag hindi sa bahay naka park, lagi kong tinatanggal

just remove it while it is parked. otherwise get a capacitor type.

kasi never ko pa tinanggal sa windshield na walang tint tapos 8 hrs a day minimum na nakababad sa open parking lot.

what specific memory card are you using? my almost 1 year old g1w-c has been encountering memory error/stop recording lately.

Sa mga naka xiaomi yi na more than 1 yr na since nabili, kamusta naman performance ngayon? Thinking of buying this since half the price siya ng transcend DP 220 pero concerned sa long term reliability

An electrician I spoke with, told me that, it should be tap on the lighter port, maari daw masunog yung dash cam pag sa ignition, because higher daw ang amp/current/volt*. Putok na daw dash cam mo, hinde pa blown ang fuse. Atleast pag daw sa cig port, same lang ng current/amp/volt*.

Inputs would be highly appreciated.

tap it sa fuse ng cigarette lighter sa fuse box then. kung meron spare/blank para sa ACC pwede rin doon.

ok lang yang hardwire....be sure to put in a fuse syempre. 5 ampere fuse is enough dahil 1 ampere lang naman kadalasan ang mga dashcam.

either you hardwire sa accessory circuit...pwede rin naman sa cig port. kahit saan basta may fuse.

Mine is wired directly to the ignition and my dash cam is over 2 years old already and still works fine.

For those using the hardwire kit, where do you tap the other wire? Is the ignition same as ACC? An electrician I spoke with, told me that, it should be tap on the lighter port, maari daw masunog yung dash cam pag sa ignition, because higher daw ang amp/current/volt*. Putok na daw dash cam mo, hinde pa blown ang fuse. Atleast pag daw sa cig port, same lang ng current/amp/volt*.

Inputs would be highly appreciated.

I had both dashcams (for wife's car & mine) hardiwred. Installer had us buy a cigarette lighter port, then he plugged the dashcam there, & hardwired it. Sorry not sure where he hardwired it, but I would assume it was in the cigarette port since he was looking for it in my Mazda 3. So far, so good (but it has only been around 4 mos).

I'm using a xiaomi yi, & I've read a few that it's the best bang for the buck if you're on a budget. Like I've said above, so far it's doing good, but it has only been around 4 months.
