Sa tindahan ng friend ko they used to sell yellow caps. Parang condom ng headlamp bulb. Para maging dilaw. Ewan ko lang if they still stock those.

IMHO, its not practical to have two sets of bulbs to use on your headlights to use for different weather conditions. Having driving lights is a better option but is the cost worth it (installed with yellow bulbs just for rain use)?

The standard halogen bulb (without color filters) is good enough for most weather conditions except for the extremes in rain & fog.

Ung Narva All weather / All season bulbs.

Last canvass ko ay for 55/60W is around 700 (+/-) (2 bulbs)

I think 400+ isang bulb, pero it's the yellow one you're after...

IMO don't install them for headlamps, but for foglamps instead. Driving lights are best kapag standard halogen and no filtration. This is good for normal dry weather driving.

raybrig taiwan h4..kasabay ko ung philips bluevision(superwhites to talaga) h1 and h3, mga 1300 each ata noon..for the secondary high beam lights and yellow fogs...see mo gallery ko dito sa tsikot, ung 4-light+fogs delica ung sa akin noon, not the projector type...

i could say, it makes the dark sa bright as day....even 5 kms away, pagka highbeam, nagrereklamo! contra sa mga taong ayaw magbaba ng highbeam nila
