Context is everything. For example, if you want to make a statement, go all the way... add some Christmas lights around the car with those rim LEDs. Stick a pair of antlers on the front windows. It’s in-season so it will ‘probably’ look cool and the tackiness can be construed as being tongue-in-cheek funny.

But with just the rim LEDs, it will probably just impress 5 year olds and younger.

I'm buying neon blue valve caps. Is it ok to use it? Would it be an LTO or HighWay Patrol Group violation?

But things are looking up bro. 10 years ago they would've peed on the tire after stealing the valve caps.

It's one of the convenient places for thieves to operate since they know exactly what time the vehicle owner will come back ...
