There should be a Torx head screw on the top of the head light assembly. Open the hood to get to it. It is either a t-10 or t-15 torx head on the top of the light near the inside corner.
v6dreamer is right. You can actually do it on your own. A Philips screwdriver should do. Just shoot the tip to the adjustment cogs and rotate it. Turn on your lights in front of a front wall so that you should see the beam. A good alignment should have the beam looking like this one:
