    Narva
    Bosch
    Osram
    Flosser

How's the output of the Narva? Medyo nabibitin ako sa Narva na nasubukan ko dati.

i've used both narva and osram. generally ok naman.
but i did have experience with one of them (forgot which)...pundi agad in a week.. and i swear the electrical and mechanical connections were ok..
so i suppose there's still an amount of luck...

and my unsolicited advice to those who find their lights too weak...
    have your eyes checked;
see if you have forgotten that you had your windshield tinted...; and
check your headlight lenses.. they may already be darkened with age.

OSRAM just launched the new FOG BREAKER. It should be the better option for the bad weather.

    *blue_centrix, re: FOG BREAKER

It's a 55w 2800K-2900K(within this range). Some say it is golden yellow.

According to OSRAM it is 60% more light. It looks like better than all weather. For the all weather to have the same amount of light, it will be a 75w.

On the premature busted bulb, di you clean the bulb before you installed it? A probable cause was that someone may have touched the bulb glass portion. The oils from our fingers/skin can "bake" on the bulb glass when it heats up and cause it to go bust right away.

sir john5 - how long did your narva last? planning to upgrade first my HL and fogs to narva while saving for the retrofit budget.

In terms of yellow-ness, I'd rank it as Bosch - Osram - Narva; but the differences are not too far off.

Had a not so good experience with Bosch All Weather + 60/55W.
Bought 1 pair during a business trip in Korea and when I came back and installed, I found the right HL with blurry cutoff.
Root cause is the bulb is not straight with respect to the base causing out of focus light reflection. But the light is really yellow compared to the flosser semi-gold that it replaced which are already 10 years old but still working although it's already dim.
