I've seen a lot of retrofits done by hidretrofit.net/the retrofit source and redline. Honestly, they are no better than what Xenon Concepts has to offer. The owner of the shop is really nice too. He even served me snacks while they were working on my car's headlights.

    On to the photos:
Stage 2 Retrofit using Koito Q5 projectors and NHK 5500Kelvin HID kit

Philips t10 LED parklights, PIAA 5000K long life HB3 high beam bulbs (color matched the hid projectors, bought online)

Philips 2700K LED H16 Fogs (bought online)

Fogs + Lowbeams (3m medium black tint)

    Fogs + Lowbeams + Highbeams

Flashing those high beams are like opening up a 200w led bar with combo beam. Very bright!
Medyo jej kasi yung mga nakapost sa page nila - puro angel eyes with ugly LEDs pa.

But looking at their basic stage 2 package which uses Q5 projectors, that's what Redline/garyq offers for half the price! Now I'm curious as to why he offers it at a much lower price - what's the catch?

Are Tots and Gary just greedy? Or are there corners that were cut that's why Pao's retrofits are cheaper?

I don't think Xenon Concepts cut some corners in doing my hid retrofit. My lights are awesome! The other day, naka open windows ako habang traffic, tinanong ako nung katabi ko na driver naka Fortuner kung bakit ang ganda ng headlights ko. Told him to check out Xenon Concepts sa fb. 😎

That's is good to know ... will go see Xenon Concepts, thank you for the info ... although even with a simple upgrade bulb replacement to Philips or OSRAM, headlights will look better ... thing is, unless one is very well versed with HID parts, one cannot now if the parts used are OEM quality, 1st class, 2nd class or 3rd class quality ...

That's good. At least alam nila limitations nila. If I knew about this before I would've had my Mazda's retrofit here rather than with Tots.

Ano ba ang plug and play retrofit?

Was looking at xenon concepts, plug and play retrofit daw tapos their stage2 is reversible daw to halogen.

Pano yun eh diba mas malaki ang projectors that h4 bulbs?

They use mini H1 projectors that fit into the stock housing of your halogen headlamps. The projectors are of a smaller diameter compared to the D2S projectors which are used for complete retrofits.
