November 8th, 2012 09:34 PM #324Sir ,
You can try using Latex gloves , yung ginagamit sa clinics or hospitals hehehe parang me ooperahan ka nun
Our hands have oil( natural) that may cling to the bulb and causes it to be burnt during lamp operation thus shortening the life of our bulbs.Minsan kasi di natin pansin masyado kasi malinis yung hands natin pero trust me the oil is there.
Just my two cents sir , hope this helps.

November 10th, 2012 10:44 AM #330hi guys,
my company assigned me a 2008 altis 1.8 v and upon researching stock headlamps is HID (with manual levelling) - though I'm still not sure if the stock HID is still the one installed on the carThe thing is, I just came from North Luzon, and upon traveling at night at SCTEX, I had a hard time seeing the road especially the parts with no lighting at all.
In your opinion, which should I go for?Philips Extreme or Osram Night Breakers Plus? or HID (which brand?)? I'll be travelling outside metro manila more often than not, and I heard you'll have a hard time seeing the road when using HID during heavy rain fall.
tia!
