My Philips XV died on me after a grand total of 6 months.

I didn't expect it to last as long as the OEMs (4 years), but 6 months? Really??

The other headlight is fine but I'm not expecting it to last the year though.

We have opposite experience. Philips XV in the Revo is more than 5 years. Bulbs installed in 2012. While Philips XV in the ASX is more than 2 years. Bulbs installed in 2015.

I've installed Osram NB Laser to replace my defective Osram NB Unlimited.

Maybe its just me, but I can't see or feel the difference between the two. But definitely way way way better than my stock Osram Bilux.

Have it September 2016. So more or less 15 months.

Tingin ko mas tatagal pa yun kung di ko lang kasalanan. Napundihan kasi ako ng park light.

After ko palitan park light, pagkabalik ko ng headlight ayun ayaw na ng low beam. Kaya nag order na ako ng bago.

Low beam of one of my NB Laser bulb got busted the other night. Just 8 months.

Based on few of my research on both Osram and Philips, the only downside is shortened lifespan. This I can't really understand.

Probably due to more heat coming from a brighter light source and busting the filament earlier

Oh I got sense of it now.

What I'm just doing lately is switching on my front fog lights na din (H11 55w) every time I switch on my headlights na stock H4 60/55w. May help din naman yun fog lights in my observation.

Upgrade na lang kung may napundi na.
