Thanks!
I've been planning to have one installed in my car. Just don't have the time to have it done. I won't DIY it though. hehehe
I have warm white neons on my trunk and plan to transfer it under my dashboard and put warm white LEDs in my trunk to replace the neons.
My plan is to have it activated when the doors are open, but there would also be a switch to override it.
Thanks glntVR.
Anybody who knows where to buy a printed circuit board (PCB) for this project? Suking Deeco can provide the ICs, LEDs and capacitors though. Anyone tried this project DIY style?
I just use single contact bulbs for my footwell lamps. Cheap but does the job.Wired to the door sensor for automatic operation. Just had jameson put them in. About half an hour start to finish.

Need an Ambulance? We sell Zic Brand Oils and Lubricants. Please PM me.
Sa kahit saan electronic shop.
Dalawa actually ang paraan.
Bili ka ng copper printed na PCB. Design as required, tapos yung circuit layout, cover it with masking tape then babad mo sa solution. After the corrosive process, yung ckt design mo na lang matitira sa board.
Pwede ka rin bili ng blanks. Design the layout, butasin mo using a drill. Then sulatan mo ng conductive ink na kayang kumapit dun sa board.
Sa Raon or sa kahit saang electronics shop, meron nun like sa Alexan sa SM.
Had my footwell lighting installed na. Unfortunately, it only works for the driver side door. So kung naka open lang yun driver side na door lang siya naglight up.
Anybody know if I can get this to work for all the doors?
Did anyone say "footwell lighting?"
I hooked these up by myself. They're not LEDs, but CCFLs.

Would such footwell lights better activated through the parklights rather than through door lighting system?
The wires for the CCFL ballast/igniter are hooked up to the interior fusebox. It's a matter of finding the correct sockets in the fusebox to thread these wires into.
After that, it was just a matter of securing the CCFL tubes themselves and the ballast/igniter. I used zip ties for the CCFLs and plastic twine for the igniter.
They come on when any of the doors are open (except for the rear hatch - the car's a Jazz). The CCFL kit I got had a switch but I haven't wired it in yet - didn't know how to integrate it.
