Lights only work on Highbeam

I recently replaced my headlights from HID to a Phillips Halogen bulb one month ago and it was installed in Banawe so wala ng warranty .

My Problem now is that when the lights are on low beam only the passenger side headlights work, but when they are on high beam both of the lights work.

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it?

Check mo, sir, ung bulb baka putol na ung filament ng low beam.

swap the bulbs, if the problem also swaps, then its the bulb...

pero you can try jresperanza's suggestion to check kung bulb o socket.
