Honda Civic 2003 Tail Lights

Hi,

I'm currently thinking of replacing my Honda Civic model 2001's tail light with that of the 2003's tail light.

My questions are:
1) Is it possible to replace my old tail lights with this one?
2) Around how much will it cost me? Any shops you'd recommend?
