Last time tinanong ko was 4,500 wala pang installation yun. Originally posted by Beefy
It may come out cheaper.
GlennSter::: White seatcovers?
Hehehe.

gUYS,
bumili ako ng Cold Cathode Light (300mm), yung kinakabit sa loob ng PC, i plan to install it inside our Honda Civic para pag bukas ng pinto maliwanag sa loob. I haven't installed it yet, although blue ng lang siya... (can't find any white cold cathode tube eh) bought it at Rsingsun for Php1k.

Tingnan mo nalang yung wattage ng bulb. buti pa kayo papilipili ng bulb. My 24 volt system essentially limits me to stock. tamad ako mag rewire to supply 12 volts. besides, kapag naka 24 volts ka napakatipid ko sa kuryente.
hmmm...blue light, white light, red light, di kaya mag mukhang cellphone ang mga ride natin ;)
I can't really say if it's brighter or even as bright as a Starex (after all, the Starex uses a flourescent system and not a filament type bulb) but the quality of the light given off by these "Hyper white" or "Super blue" bulbs gives an HID effect in the cabin. It's easier to read maps and stuff compared to conventional bulbs.

PIAA brand has LED peanut bulbs. It has 2 mini LEDs, color combo as follows: blue/blue = blue hue effect, blue/white = bluish white hue, white/white = pure white. Afaicr, these LED bulbs costs 1,500/pair to be used on park lights. If your dome lights are peanut bulb types, there's a good chance you can use it too.![]()
