That is useless without anything (like a news report or government memo) to back it up.

Just like the government declaring that they are winning war on jueteng or drugs or corruption...

Maari kasi iyong iba overabuse the use of HID in narrow street with a combination of hid on there foglight . So its better for me to have a tint widshield.

i hope you can quote the news item you were refering to para naman magkaroon ng credibility ito.

anyhow, i might get a lot of heat on this but, if ever, YAHOOOOO!!!!!

i'm one of those that really hates incoming vehicles with blinding HID lights. I know theres a right way of installing them but it seems that majority doesn't give an ef. tapos eh pina-partner-an pa ng hallogen fog lamps na alas-singko pa lang eh nakafull blast na. anyhow, if those that have them won't bother with its right setup and usage, i think its much better to just take them out legally than to increase potential accidents during night time.

I feel like I'm staring at a car with HIDs.

But seriously, as much as I respect car owners with properly installed HIDs, I'd have to join sgt_taga in yelling "YAHOO!!!!", if ever this gets implemented.

one of the first production cars that came in with HID eqpt is BMW. Hid bulbs generate 3x more light than its halogen counterpart so hid bulbs were designed for hid housing or many nowadays, for HID projectors. It was never designed for halogen reflector housing. You can tsee ons of glare when you mount hid bulbs or those plug and play china kits sa stock halogen housing. Meron parin naman naka hid ngayan na stock like the Civic FD 2.0 and the Forester which are non projector hls but you can see walang glare above the cutoff. HID is a good advancement in technology but unfortunately many dont use it properly. I dont it will banned as some cars come in with stock HID eqpt pero dapat hulihim yung mga naka hid na nakalagay lang sa reflector housing coz grabe talaga glare. Lalo na motorsiklo. Peace

    well hmmmmmm let's see nalang.

    let's be considerate

yung hi ace namin nakayuko na ang headlight kasi nga i know nakakasilaw.

Oo nga naman lets be considerate to our fellow motorists and chikoteers. If the given situation is not there, dapat naka-dip lang yung focus para di tayo nagiging offensive sa driver which is straddling in the opposite lane.

So... they can't enforce a logical HID law, so they're going to ban them outright?

Oh, good. I hope the government can tell me how to replace the stock HIDs in my stock HID projector housings with halogens... idiots.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
