sir if your car is not equipt with projector type headlight assembly, i think di pwede lagyan ng HID. magiging sabog lang yung buga ng HID. i suggest upgrade mo nalang to a higher wattage yung bulb mo or try the new Philips extreme power bulb or the osram nightbreaker. this bulb are stock wattage bulb but with hight output power.

^^valskie is correct. i have a pizza too which i have installed an HID kit last year. Daming nagagalit sa akin sa kalsada. hehehehe.

i removed it already dahil nasira ang ballast and the ballast costs 3k each, reverted back to H4s na dilaw ang buga, tapos high wattage.

As said by the others, if your car is not equipped with projector lamps do not install HID lamps (and the Lancer Pizza doesn't have that kind of headlight lamps).

You can try using a Narva NightBreaker or Philip Xtreme Power H4 bulb instead.

i'm using Philips Super Yellow at 110/90 + ceramic sockets.
i got the bulbs at 800/pair and the ceramic sockets at 110 each.
all in all, 1020 petot lang. mas malaking kamurahan kesa sa HID. wala pang maaasar sa yo sa kalye.

if you would want to use HID's, pa retrofit ka muna ng headlamps. although pag talagang umuulan, medyo useless din ang HIDs.

Osram Nightbreaker - stock 55/60W but with 90% more throw.

Philips X-treme Power - also stock 55/60W with 80% more.

wala pang 1K per pair niyang mga yan. ngayong umuulan, pwede ka namang mag all-weather.

ako gamit ko ngayon Osram Nightbreaker and Osram all season super - all stock 55/60W papalit palit lang.

higher wattage yung nakakasira sir kaya req'd mag ceramic sockets and minsan palit pa ng wire na mas makapal... pero kung same wattage lang ng OEM, walang problema...about sa higher output (i assume you're talkin about color temp and/or lumence here) wala naman problema dun, di makakasira yun...

Warren Auto sa Benavidez St. near C.M. Recto Mla. tel 244-1775.

    H4 Osram Nightbreaker - P400 each
Osram All-Season -P350 each a.k.a. rainbow. it's completely different from super yellow.

    mura no?

Diamond Vision is pure white, HID look and looks good but in reality it's useless esp on wet asphalt what more if you encounter massive downpour? Nightbreaker is closer to regular/stock halogens but it's a bit whiter and has more noticeable light throw.

HIDs will still be better than halogens provided you're running on the right kelvin for your bulbs. best pa rin would be 4300k.

as was stated above, stick to halogen bulbs if your car still uses halogen reflectors for your headlamps. they're cheaper and will perform better than your plug and play HID kits. the osram all-season bulbs go for around 400+ each... ok na yun.

As mentioned, I think it would be best na you upgrade na lang to a better watt rated halogen bulb.

AFAIK, ang sakit lancer pizza e the fact that no retrofittable type of projector exists for its headlight assembly even at current writing. Masyado kasing "singkit" or "maliit yung assembly height-wise to fit one.
