headlamps conversion

folks, just want to show trabaho ni sir jga2bbo. he just converted yung ilaw ng 3dr pajero ko na from bilog pinalitan namin nung crystal na square...very much satisfied and no doubt would always do business with the guy.

nga pala sensiya pa po sa pix kase kuha lang lahat sa t610 digicam. also, he sold me yung bumper cover na bar shape na nakapatong sa front bumper (usually chrome ito sa mga local paj pero sa euro eh flat black as seen in the pix).


so sa mga gusto magpaayos at magpaganda huwag na kayo mag dalawang isip kase this guy not only have good service but as well as fair and with integrity...

Paano ginawa ni jga22bo dun sa metal mounting bracket sa likod? Tinanggal?

I was interested in the reverse process kasi. Special Emphasis on was.

what do you mean bracket sa likod? kase basically nilakihan lang niya yung butas pero yung mga sukat eh same sa pajero 5dr. if u will notice sa 5dr pajero may bracket na kinakapitan sa side yung ilaw..what he did was to measure yung mga yun and gumawa siya flat bar and welded them sa existing chasis or body... actually hindi na nga niya kinuha ang exact laki ng butas sa orig 5dr kase malaki masyado siwang...bale ginawa namin eh yung eksato lang papasok yung ilaw sa butas so yung shape nung putol eh hindi pareho nung sa 5dr pero di naman kita so oks lang..i'll post pix in a short while para makita nyo..

ah i get it. kasi yung naka round headlights ang nagsusupport sa back ay yung metal part na merong hole. So nilakihan pala niya yung butas.

I guess mahihirapan pa rin yung mga may balak mag-retrofit ng round lamps from circular.

u mean kung ibabalik sa round lamps uli? no way na siguro or medyo mahihirapan na talaga..ako kase no plan of going back to round lamps na... pinasira ko na talaga yung fitting for round lamps..i had one last look and after that gone na...but very big difference naman sa looks ang ibibigay ng square so why go back sa round di ba...

tama ka sa sinabi mo..yung round hole yung nagsusuport sa roundlamps...wala na ngayon yun..malaking butas na siya...so no way of going back sa round lamps...:-)

ha? di ko po nakita...do you have a pix? u mean u prefer yung round headlamps? or yung round lamps lang sa may grill nakakabit just like the shogun pix sa gallery? if that's what you're referring to, ayaw ko pa din dating nun...kase pag round ang lamps parang liit ng dating unlike pag square...parang ang laki ng sasakayan from front view...

meron pa sigurong pic sa gallery.

Meron po kasi akong nabiling grille na may built in Bosch foglamps.

i saw it....ganda nga...pero what you're saying ba eh i retain yung round lamps and get same grille as yours? i guess i still would not want it..pede pa yung square na yung ilaw then use yung grille na tulad nung iyo just like how it was exactly in your pix... kase kung bilong na headlamps tapos may bilog pa dun sa grill..parang di maganda ang dating..it won't compliment...

eto yung medyo mas clear na pix....from start to finish ng work.

note that hindi sagad ang cut kaya irregular yung shape or line of cut...hindi talaga pinutol sagad to avoid big clearance between headlamps and the body...kaya kita pa din yung round shape part...

yung pinta eh ginawa muna flat black for now..kase ipapapinta ko din within the year...

btw, pajerokid san makakakuha ng 2ndhand na rallliart mags kahit pa rota lang pero yung medyo mura lang? gusto ko lang kase mapalitan yung stock mags...

what do you mean ralliart replica? yung rota tatak? yun nga balak ko sana eh... pero i'm thinking kung tulad nung sayo or yung parang spiderweb ang design...
