too much glare sa on coming traffic ang HID installed sa regular headlamp lens.
for example, you will only end up like this one. This guy gets flashed by oncoming traffic, akala nila naka highbeam na. Until this guy flashes his highbeam to tell them "I dont have my highbeam on A$$hole!" hahahaha
The H4 Hylow conversion kit has high and low beams, though imo, HID high beams does not produce the best light interms of beam length like halogens. That's why I had my kit customized to produce low beams only. Then use my halogen aux lights to light up 800m away.

Also, If you have a double filament OEM bulb/lamp, you will loose HIGH BEAMS when you do the HID Conversion. But I dont think you would be needing the highbeam because the lowbeam is just like the highbeam. Of course, vehicles equipped with HID and are using a separate bulb for each beam will retain the HIGH BEAM.
edit: also, HID Conversion works or owner can benefit more when they have a Projector headlamp.
agree ako dun sa prokector lamps..
un sa akin un low ko hiwalay e.. tapos nasa projector.. fill ko mas malakas kesa sa HID na nakalagay sa ordinary casing.hehe

yeah...i can't stress this enough - make sure your HID's are properly aimed (!)
if they are shining too high they will blind oncoming motorists and cause accidents - since they are high-intensity lights they are much much worse than highbeam halogens.
