headlights question. pls help=)

it's already a rule to put relays everytime you change your stock bulbs from 55-60 watts to a doubly powerful 100-120 watts.

question ko lang, stock kasi ng kotse ng friend ko is 55 watts din, what if he wants to change to bulbs with 85 watts (narva spectral white)? does he need to put relays pa? oto nya is 316i with h7 bulbs.

yup i think so.

rule of thumb ata yun basta mag upgrade ka to higher wattage bulbs kasi manipis lang stock wiring and baka matunaw mga sockets mo.

Yup, kailangan po ng relay sir. Try also upgrading the wires due to the higher load to prevent burn-out. Goodluck.
