So posible po kaya 'to? And kung posible man, san at pano nila ginagawa? Binubuksan sabay isisilyado na lang??? TIA po!
yung pic na yan sa states ginawa. DIY siya. if you have a lot of free time, know how on fiberglass and masilya use, some metal fabricating skills and some moolah on good projector lenses, kaya DIY.
malamang kaya ng shops dito niyan. all you need to have is the moolah. (mind you that a good projector fog light by hella (micro DE fog lights) cost as much as 3500 P each. . pricey but at least hindi nakakasilaw. i tried it by retrofitting it to my projector housing. .maganda yung cut off but performance was poor since it was designed for fog light use. headlamp projectors naman nasa 8000 P each. so best bet is to get projectors from wrecked cars with projector lenses. cheaper than brand new but performs just as well. im currently sourcing out a set from a mazda3
sa cost, im assuming a good retrofit can cost as much as 15000 ++ P with the projector lenses taking the brunt of the cost

i had already seen the beam pattern (although in the daytime) of the taiwan projectors ng EG civic. panget ng buga e. and even nung nakakabit na hid dun, hilaw pa rin yung buga but definitely better than the halogen bulb.
yung sa mga corolla siguro mas maganda since mas clear yung glass na ginamit for the projector lens. sakin lang, kung halos same price ang brand new na taiwan projector headlights sa surplus na projector headlights, dun na lang ako sa surplus.
may nakita ako nag post na gumagawa ng ganyan sa hcp forums. its located in caloocan tapos ang pangalan ata dropit motorworks. kapag makita ko doon uli post ko na lang or pm kita . medyo mahirap kasi maghanap doon eh
i took apart the headlight assembly off the 626, i noticed that the low beam bulb (it has separate low and high beam compartments) sits behind a really fat lens in a sort of housing. also, there are no "lines" on the glass, it's just clear.
ok nga yan a! ganda!pwede siguro gawin is to custom make a housing like mine. tapos retro fit it there
orly_a,
afaik, the 626 has 2 kinds of headlight housing. one is both hi and low are reflector housings, the other kind is the low beam is projector type (yung may bilog) and the high is reflector. from what you are describing, projector yung low beam mo
OT: btw, boss orly, would you know what bulb type your lowbeam is? thanks
