hid question for l300

mga bossing, noobs lang po ako. pinasa na sa akin ung l300 namen. 1994 ata un. ask lang. pwde po ba ihid ang l300? thx alot

hindi projector ang HLs ng L300 imho.... so afaik, don't do it.

bawal ba palitan ang hl ng l300? kasi sealed type yung stock niya so hindi pwede mapalitan yung bulb

kung sealed type pa yan, merong halogen type na same shape, H4 bulb ang gamit. IMO yun na lang ipalit mo tsaka mo gamitan ng aftermarket H4s like all-weather/season, x-treme power ng philips or nightbreker ng osram. hindi ka pa gagastos ng ilang libo.

Mga sir, specially to XTO, meron ba kayong idea kung saan at magkano itong x-treme power ng philips or nightbreker ng osram? Yun headlight kasi ng kotse ko pinalitan ko before ako nag long trip sa North last Jan. 1, originally ang ilaw ko ay 60/55 hallogen, bumili ako ng 100/90 Yellow hallogen (could not remember the brand but this is China made) sa Blade worth P350.00 (1 pair na yun) at headlight wiring upgrade kit (P500.00) para upgrade un wiring to acommodate ang mas mataas na load, since wala sila available na ceremic socket nakabili ako sa malapit na auto supply P35 each, then ako na lang ang nag wiring.

Gumana naman ng maayos at mas malakas ang ilaw kaysa dati. Nakarating ako ng Ilocos and Cagayan then back to Manila, both night trips and somehow quite satisfied. But then siguro mas lalong maganda kung ang ilaw ay un tested brands gaya nga ng Philips or Osram. Saan kaya ako makakabili nito at magkano?

By the way, my windshield does not have any tint, clear yun. Thanks in advance and I would highly appreciate your response.

sa autosport megamall at perfect circle in banawe merong philips x-treme power. i got my osram nightbreaker at warren auto in benavidez st. near cm recto mla.

dami ng thread re halogen upgrades search mo nalang yung iba pa.

I was following on a L300 with a HID. a lot of incoming motorists are flashing the L3. ano kaya ng nasa isip ng driver when get get'ed flashing on a well lit city? "wow! I like your lights dude, so I'm flashing high beam on you as a recognition of admiration"

If you really want HID, buy a projector retrofit first.
