i saw this super white bulbs at romy's car acces for 800. ok ba yon? or ok yung diamond white na mga 2.5k+php

please advice i wanna change it soon. malabo kasi eyes ko. -3.50 both eyes :D

DOn't use those super whites. Mas lalabo pa yan. If you can afford to get a H.I.D. (xenon headlights) kit go get one na. I recommend 4000kelvin or 6000k para maximum visibility. THe lower the kelvin the better. THose Cost around 18k average for low beam kits.

    sir impulzz ...

di na po ba kailangan up grade ang socket(ceramic)

kung gagamit ng Wurth Gold (all weather)

direct repalcement ginawa ko sa urvan ko...just make sure the terminals in the socket are tight...but if you choose to upgrade your wirings and add 2 or 4 relays, it would be better...

try mo na rin yung raybrig. medyo mahal pero ok naman. tapos palagyan mo ng grounding wire kit para lumakas pa. tapos lagay ka na rin ng fog lamps para sigurado :D

You can also try Osram Silverstar or Philips Visionplus, stock halogen ang color niya but they have longer light throw, up to 95 meters. Don't go for super whites, they're absolutely useless in bad weather.

kung yan yung parang flourescent white ang beam....mag stock ka na lang (yellow)...ma-porma lang tignan pero very poor ang visibility sa asphalt lalo sa heavy rainfall...

Philips VisionPlus and Osram Siverstar are both halogens (thus yellowish) but with claimed 50% better illumination. Both got good reviews and are recommended upgrades to oem bulbs. Both are for all-weather use, too.

Agree with you on Civics. The beam pattern on the Civics isn't good ... sabog siya, hence the glare. Newer car models don't necessarily improve on that aspect either. E.g. the older BMW E36 is better than the E46 ... a pronounced straight line across the road, with a farther throw on the shoulder-side.

I used to work at night and go home at 2:30AM ... 40km trip with nobody else on the freeway and rural roads, in clear weather, rain, fog and snow, kaya ilan na rin ang nasubukan. Due to legal requirements and costs, hindi ako makabili at makasubok ng HIDs. In the end I chose the VisionPlus halogens. The Silverstar is a bit better, but the increase in cost isn't worth it.

    Just my 2cents.
