H3?H4? help bulbs

hi guys a friend gave me these bulbs:


euroline bulbs




vision (?) bulbs

sa euroline na kahon its says h3 while in the vision bulbs it says h4..what do these symbols mean?my friend told me yung isang pair dito e for foglights..which of these pairs are for headlights/fog lights? do i need to upgrade sockets, add relays, etc since more tha 100w ata yung mga bulbs? ano pa ang dapat kong ilagay?

H4 - main headlights - upgrade your wiring dahil 100W/90W siya High/Low
H3 - fog lights - not sure of the wattage but it might be good to upgrade na rin if you're installing both pairs

oh ok..ano yun..pag pinakabit ko e..sabihin ko na lang sa tech na upgrade din ako ng wirings?san maganda magpalagay nito? tnx sa info mbeige!
