Ngayong panahon ng tag-ulan mas madalas kong ginagamit ngayon yung foglights. Paano ba ang tama or proper way na pag-focus ng foglights?

    1. foglight beam is below or ka-level ng headlights pag naka-dim
    2. foglight beam is above ng headlight pag naka-dim but below sa headlight pag naka-bright

Is this the proper way?

The foglamps should illuminate the road immediately in front of the front bumper. Low and wide dapat ito since a foglamp's job is to go under the fog instead of bounce of it as your regular or high beam headlamps would if you were to encounter thick fog.

sauman::: First question to ask is what kind of beam does your foglight has? Is it a spot beam pattern or driving beam? Second is, where is it mounted? At level grade with your headlights or bumper lines? Third is, what is it's maion purpose? To aid to while city driving or to aid while driving along dark-lit highways?

What I usually do is align it farther away than my current headlight adjustments. So that vision 500m away from my windshield is still clear. Btw, my auxiliary lights are configured to a spot beam which I can adjust to driving beam when the need arises.

sauman::: OEM fitted lights are driving beam patterns. Pakalat ito like OTEP said. Our van has setting number 2 on your first post. :D

sa akin parang ganun sa setting 2. Atleast di sya nakakasilaw tapos mas malayo yung bato ng ilaw. It helps when I drive back home in pangasinan lalo na sa mga lugar na la masyado ilaw.

Since driving lights sya I think ok nga yung setting 2.
