Fog Light and Head Light Combination?

Pls. comment of my proposed head light (low beam) and fog light since busted na OEM fog lights ko tsaka isang low beam head light bulb. Bali kasi kapag naka-low beam ako isa lang ang gumagana pero kapag naka-high beam, yung apat na bulb gugagana including ung patay na low beam bulb. Separate pala low and high beam bulb ny auto ko. Kaya balak ko palitan ng NB.

Low Beam - H4 Osram Night Breaker (55 watts lang)
Fog Light - H3 Bosch All Weather (Yellow) (55 watts lang din)
High Beam - H1 Stock Headlights

Hi beam. - H1 All weather bulbs( your choice of brand)
Fog lights - All weather bulbs, ok na un choice mo.



Check mo na lang pre un thread ko baka magustuhan mo ilagay sa Low beam mo un projectors na katulad sa kin, with HID na un, pero almost zero glare

Mga paps, okey ba combination yellow headlight and white sa foglight?

kalimitan kasi white headlight at yellow foglight...

naka 100/90 w ako pure yellow sa head light. gusto ko subukan HID sa fogs... ok ba 6000k para may contrast sa yellow heads?

anong oto? you might want to get some HIR bulbs? for 9006 and 9005 meron nyan

May nakita ako HIR bulbs for H4. nakakabit sa benz na W122 body ata. not really sure sa model ng benz na yun,. but HIR yung nakalagay na brand.

pag low beam ka, isa lang ang gumagana? Pag high beam ka, yung 4? May problema ata yan sa wiring.

Paps naka encounter na ko ng ganito. Mitsubishi Galant ganito headlight. Yung isang housing H4(Hi/Lo) tapos yung isa H1(high beam).. kaya pag nag high siya open yung Hi ng H4 sabay nung H1.

meron ba HIR bulb na H4?? how much yang mga HIR bulb na yan?

HIR is not a brand. It means "halogen infrared reflecting" bulbs. It's a good halogen bulb but it only comes in 9005 and 9006, walang H4 nyan

not a good idea to go with 6000k sa fogs and it will cause so much glare to oncoming trafiic. Even with yellow bulbs for the headlamps, you will see more if you use bulbs closer to 4300k and since 100/90w kana then stick with that wattage. Some chrome finish ng HL will not react positively to high wattage bulb so caveat dyan.

Low Beam H1: Osram night breaker + ( although naka-projector na sya ayoko muna ng HID )
High Beam HB3 : yellow bulbs (solarzen or euroline brand)
Fogs H11 : yellow bulbs (solarzen or euroline brand)

Your comments on this....what's more yellowish between solarzen & euroline???

Not much difference between solarzen or euroline. Some say one is more durable than the other. Mixed bag saying which the 'one' is.

IMO yup. Baka mahirapan ka maghanap ng all weather/all season sa fogs tho. Pure yellows would work too.

thanks! isa pa naiisip ko is to put all weather bulb sa high beams hehehe kaya lang hindi ba parang masyadong iba-iba na kulay?? white on low, yellow on fogs then all weather sa high??

U wont be on hi much kaya ok lang IMO. Besides, di naman sobrang iba ang kulay so they should complement each other.

already installed Osram NB+ and Solarzen yellow on fogs & high..so happy naman with the results and visible siya kahit umuulan!
