Mga Bro's question lang on adjusting my headlights, I have a VTi 98 Civic and my right headlight is way up high and focus on the right direction. I have tried to adjust the knob lever with a screw driver but nothing is happening. Is it possible the the adjustment mechanism of my headlight is not functioning? Is this repairable or I just have to buy a new headlights?
