Clear Plexi and Neon lighting for a Sub enclosure

Ano po ba yung tamang specs for clear plexiglass for seeing thru a sub enclosure? mga how much po kaya ito per square feet and san po mura nakakabili? also the blue neon lights inside the enclosure. Puwede po ba dito yung ordinary indoor neon light or may special type for this... thanks po.

odell...kung every where meron..bakit wala kami sa shop...bakit wala sa mercury drug..bakit wala sa grocery....

banawe kung mahilig ka pumunta dun...try intense.

plexi glass is kinda expensive....alam ko 11000 ung kasing laki ng buong plywood...diko alam pag na cut na.

use at least /2 inch ang kapal....para hindi mag flex masyado pag bumayo...

Actually, dami ko na nakita neon lights ... di lang maguarantee ng concorde if its is suitable sa subs.. vibrations ....

Yung plexi naman, are you sure madami nakukunan nito? ... yung mga glass suppliers are saying they dont have such but meron sila Acrylic Plastic... is this the same thing?...

Just found out na. Acrylic Plastic and Plexiglass are the same... now the problem is:

a. Can't find a thickness of more than 1/2 inch
b. They don't cut. They sell the whole sheet ( 4 ft x 8 ft).

San kaya may nagtitingi? ... :confused:

hindi talaga nagbebenta ng 1/2 or even the 3/4 inch thick na plexi or acrylic plastic....hindi kasi ganun ka sellable iyun. This is the type of material found on bullet proof glass. abot ng 18,000 pa nga yun 4x8ft nila na board minsan eh.

IMO if you just want the looks...try using the normal plexi available but gawin mong Mask lang ito (to attain the look)...the real MDF box would be holding the pressure ng bayo.

Cold cathode wazzat? Transparent na Blaupunkt kasi yung subs ko and I'm looking for lighting na hindi matakaw sa power and emits low heat.

nag mahal na ang plexi ngayon kung hindi kanaman nag mamadali bka mag mura pa after summer.......balak ku rin ksi gumawa ng plexi na box. for the neon naman mas mura nga yun sinasabi ni odell na cold cathode 12v pa yun tamng tama it cost about mga 300pesos

sir odell, inquire lang po ako re:cold cathode. newbie pa lang kc ako & balak ko lagyan ng lighting ung sub enclosure ko with plexi backing. pano po ba installation ng cold cathode, inside the enclosure mismo?bka pwede rin pong maibigay nyo details re:contact person/shop na nagbebenta ng murang cold cathode.thanks po in advance..
