i think stobe lights would only create annoying flash and irritate the driver at the back, stick with the norm less hassle less accident=)
though i think stibe lights would be a good addition to a "bling bling" look

December 18th, 2007 05:47 PM #18I think the new European cars like the C-class have something like this feature but the blinking happens only during panic braking.

December 18th, 2007 07:08 PM #19Aren't they coming out with an innovation on brake lights? Wherein depending on how long/hard you step on the brakes, the lights can blink or remain steady?
BMW and Mercedes-Benz are working on an "extra brightness mode" for their braking LEDs. It's supposed to work when you panic-brake, thus giving following cars more awareness that you've buried your foot in the brake pedal.
The present S-Class has these I think.

I think the fog tail light is meant for very dark provincial roads and not for every night city driving. It is also meant for snow and hard rains. Yung tipong 1 meter visibility na lang or mga 5 feet visibility (which I experienced coming down from Tagaytay with a tropical storm). LED break lights also are meant for visibility but rear fog light is not meant for common use. (unless pala if you want to irritate the driver behind you).
Hmmm.... I have a blackish red innova. Bilad sa...
