As new car models are rolling out with LED brake lights, I saw a couple of cars (an Altis and a Yaris) that when they step on the brakes, their brake light will light up like a strobe light.
Although it did catch my attention, looking at it at prolonged periods is very irritating.

...feeling mo si michael jordan ka while in the air for a slam photog flashing away ;)
ewan ko ba bakit dito sa atin ang daming gimik sa car. I wouldn't mind those lighted windshield washers, skirts, wings spoilers but when it comes to lighting, headlights, park and signal, it should remain stock (no blue color please) or an upgrade but never modified.

Its just between Safety and common sense.
Also, don't like that blue signal lights. Did not even match the color of tail light cluster. A bright brake light together with a dark signal light.

Ha! Strobes?! That's downright irritating, and painful to the eyes.
The LED-type of lights is ok. They're supposed to be for safety reasons as they light up faster and are brighter.
Aren't they coming out with an innovation on brake lights? Wherein depending on how long/hard you step on the brakes, the lights can blink or remain steady?
