AE92 Small Body - with upgraded(Way way back) wiring to accommodate 100/90w bulb. High lang ung gumagana, I tried changing bulbs (with other variant/brand) pero ganun parin, I even tried interchanging the headlight fuse (the two 10A) still no avail. What I noticed tho (even before) that when I turn on my Headlights (kahit low lang) my pumipitik sa fuse box and kanina ko lang nalaman na ung fuse ng horn ung pumipitik. What could be the reason of this problem? fuse or wiring?

could be a stock up relay. kahit naka low ba switch mo, naka-high pa rin o hindi umiilaw ang low? what you can try is to use the original socket to isolate the problem.

No sir, di talaga umiilaw, kasi kapag nag-high ako okay naman. parang pundido ung LOW function nya. wala na ung original socket neto.

sa H4 socket kasi your LO is separate from you HI. Pag nasa LO ka, the ground and the +12v for the LO turns ON and pag HI, there is 12V across ground and HI while there 0v across ground and LO terminal. Sa case mo you can remove the HI wattage harness as suggested by Ginnova, buy new headlights sockets (go na for the ceramic type) coz there is a big chance sira na yung relay nung harness mo or all together meron problema sa connections nung harness.

custom made ba o yung ready made warning harness ang install mo?

i think you can buy a ceramic socket for around 200-250 / pair.

Problem Solved! Nalusaw lang pala ung isang Fuse(15a). My nakita kasi akong dalawang fuse na nasa labas nung fuse box.
