Thank you po sa pagsagot.. nagawa ko na po.. ako po mismo ang pumunta sa banko pero sabi nila ay hindi pa daw nabu-book sa kanila yung loan account.. antayin k muna daw na mabook para ma issurender yung sasakyan.. pero do i need to prepare a letter of voluntary surrender o sila na bahala doon?

Do i need po ba na gumawa ng letter of voluntary surrender para sa vehicle kahit nasabi k na sa kanila na isusurender k yung sasakyan verbally?

Like with a lot of things, if it is not written , it never happened.

Pano kung nakalimutan ng kinausap mo yung usapan nyo or nagresign sya.

Kung eastwest yan, may pro-forma sila. Deed of voluntary surrender.

Pwede wala naman mawawala. Mag email ka then send it to everybody na connected sa loan mo. Tapos print ka dalhin mo sa Office nila and sa manager ng bank kung saan ka na loan. Pa received mo para meron ka rin copy na receive nila.

they are confiscating the car, because they feel you do not have the ability to pay for it anymore.
so, no. you do not have to pay them a peso.

but if you can pay for its full contract price now, they will probably give you the car to take home.

just return the car when they start calling
mas madali yun dahil gawa na paper works by that time
also if youre worried dahil may sira yun auto, dont be wala sila paki if repo nila ay sira or ayos

they released the car to you last february, without your handing over the down payment?
it's mid-april, you haven't given them any money yet, and the car is still with you?
i'd have returned the car at once, once i realized i couldn't do my part of the contract.
but then, this pandemic has put everything in a state of semi-stasis...

Thank you for your concern sir.. what i mean po na hulog is yung monthly amortization.. release po sya last February with the corresponding DP, Chattel Mortgage Fee and LTO registration Fee.. start na sana ng payment k ng MA last march 29..due to some personal reason and also affected by COVID-19 crisis.. i decided na i give up at i voluntary surrender nalang.. at kahit na ma-lift po itong ECQ dto sa pinas hindi k parin siya kayang bayaran kasi crisis din po ang ibang bansa ngayon..
