Based from experience iba iba ang treatment ng Insurance sa customer and yung iba hindi accredited ang casa kaya cheque upon order ang trabaho/pyesa kaya tumatagal.
Worst experience was Mapfre Insular, naka dalawang insurance policy na ako pareho may claim eh kung hindi pa iffollowup ay tulog ang claim mo, paimportante customer service, magaling lang kapag binebentahan ka. Same with Standard Insurance,mas matino lang konti kausap, kahit paano tatawagan ka for followup.
My best experience so far was Malayan. From filing of claim, up to release ng sasakyan sa talyer eh panay tawag saakin ng insurance customer service para kumustahin, hindi ako iniwan ng inusrance na ito kaya sa kanila narin ako kumuha ng renewals.
I have yet to give feedback sa Charter Ang, may pending claim ako and Federal Phoenix.
