    Hi,

    Gusto ko lang itanong kung ano ang mas maganda among the three pag kukuha ako ng insurance/magrerenew. Ano ba ang conveniece kapag sa casa ka kumuha ng isa sa inhouse insurance nila, or would it be better kung directly ka pumunta sa insurance office para bumili ng insurance?even banks(yung nagpaloan sa akin) have a good offer. Based on experience, ok naman yung inhouse insurance kaso negative yung naranasan ko sa insurance company and service center na pinagdalhan ko kaya ayoko ng bumalik dun. Plan ko is pumunta sa ibang casa, talk to one SA na sana eh pwede kong asahan dahil yung SA ko dati eh lumipat na ng pinagtratrabahuhang car brand, and buy 1 reputable insurance they are offering. Willing naman ako to pay for a considerable amount of my car's fair market value, gusto ko lang malaman, ano ba talaga pinakamainam para madali ang pag claim ng LOA and maayos yung communication for the repair. Tia sa mga sasagot.

    This is a hit and miss game I think. As per my recent experience with BPI MS (see other thread) sablay. I think its better to have a broker or agent that will assist you whenever you will make a claim. Unlike in my case i got this straight from BPI MS so no broker. Although I see a name on my policy saying there is a certain agent with reference number although I think she is the one who assisted me during my renewal.

    Ako sa CASA ako kumukuha kasi in case may claim I let the CASA do all the leg work and the repairs are done in the CASA so for sure alam mo OEM parts isasalpak sa kotse mo.

    Mas mahal yes, pero once nabangga ka na you would be thankful sa CASA papagawa...

    Pero only for insurance ha. PMS after warranty wala na hahahahaha...

    Kahit saan pa insurance it will only be good as how the insurance customer service treats the insured.

    Based from experience iba iba ang treatment ng Insurance sa customer and yung iba hindi accredited ang casa kaya cheque upon order ang trabaho/pyesa kaya tumatagal.

    Worst experience was Mapfre Insular, naka dalawang insurance policy na ako pareho may claim eh kung hindi pa iffollowup ay tulog ang claim mo, paimportante customer service, magaling lang kapag binebentahan ka. Same with Standard Insurance,mas matino lang konti kausap, kahit paano tatawagan ka for followup.

    My best experience so far was Malayan. From filing of claim, up to release ng sasakyan sa talyer eh panay tawag saakin ng insurance customer service para kumustahin, hindi ako iniwan ng inusrance na ito kaya sa kanila narin ako kumuha ng renewals.

    I have yet to give feedback sa Charter Ang, may pending claim ako and Federal Phoenix.

    Hello Good day po, Im currently working in Nissan UN ave from Insurance Dept. Maybe i can help you po sa mga Insurance renewal and Claim ng car/unit nyo..Baka po makatulong ako ..Pde po kayo mag pa quote sakin, any brand of vehicle/ unit pde pa insured or humingi ng quote try nyo lang po madami kami inhouse insurance.. thank you and godbless

    Hi nhiecah_nice, hindi yata ako nakakapagpm pero paano ba kita macocontact ng mas madali?paassist sana ko. Well dilemma ko kasi is kumuha nga ng inhouse insurance sa suzuki casa para dun na din mismo ipagawa in case of claims kaso puro yung dati kong insurance yung inooffer nila. Try ko magpaassist naman if it wouldnt hurt sa pag claim and service kapag thru agent.

    Hmm thanks for sharing this! Sobrang importante ang customer service when it comes to claiming from insurance companies. Yung iba kasi talaga parang walang gagawin kung hindi ka magfollow up.

    Pleasant experience naman with Charter Ping An. In 2015, within a week or so of submitting my documents, nakapag-coordinate na sila sa casa at nag-iintay na lang ng replacement part. Didn't even need to follow up from them, kaya good job.

    Casa-based pa din ang best sa pag renew at pag claim based sa experience ko kahit medyo mahal.
    Walang hassle sa pagrenew, sa pag claim kaharap mo na agad ang assessor at ang taga insurance kaya mabilis processing.
    Walang hassle sa pag papasa ng papeles at wala ng coordinate coordinate kasi nasa isang office lang sila.

    Madaming choices din ng casa-based insurance, sa case ko basta nainis ako sa pag claim sa isa, lipat sa kabila, pag ok, then renew ako.
    Nagkataon naman ung mga casa-based insurance magkakatabi lang ang table, kaya nakikita nila na lumilipat ung customer basta may bad experience sa kanila.

Inhouse(casa-based), direct sa insurance company or bank car insurance?
