Basa po kasi Yung kalsada, curve po yung daan. Sa kanan po ay medyo bangin, Kaya napunta sa kaliwa. Nagpreno po pero madulas, at nadaanan Ang pile of soil Kaya tumaob. In your opinion ano Kaya assessment dito?

anong year nung sasakyan? magkano sum insured?

pero kung mostly body repair lang yan.. baka hindi pa total loss yan.. again.. yung insurance lang makakaalam.. if the amount of repair is not more than sum insured.. hindi pa total loss..

Insurance comp wil give you an initial offer. If the price is not good with you, you can renogiate. The process will take months.

If you personally know your insurance agent (better if the boss of the agency), mas matututukan nya yung claim mo. They will do a better justification para sa claim mo.

Based on your pics, in my experience lang, qualified for total loss na yan. Specially if compromised na safety, like nayupi na chassis and pillars.
