Guys just a question, may expiry ba yung Approved Loan?

This is the situation, nag apply kami sa isang dealer then na-approved kami for a car loan ng isang bank. Now we have this color and spec of unit na gusto. I believe na approved kami sa bank June 13. Nagbigay na rin kami ng reservation sa dealer last June 16. Darating daw yung unit katapusan ng June. Few days after June 16 nagsabi yung agent na may available na unit but ibang kulay baka daw 1st week of July pa yung unit na gusto namin. But still, we declined. Then after few days may dumating ulit sila unit but still wala pa rin yung gusto namin, sabi baka daw mga 3rd week pa ng July yung unit na gusto namin. Then sige we'll wait. Then sabi, baka daw ma expire yung loan sa bangko kaya iniinsist nya na kunin na namin yung unit na available. So politely we declined kasi nga first car namin so we would like to have the unit and color that we want. The other day nagsabi na naman si agent na may available sila unit but yung high end but still not the color that we want. So we said we will wait 3rd week of July.

May expiration ba talaga or gusto lang makabenta ng agent?

Tsaka ganon ba talaga katagal kelangan ipaghintay? Mahigit isang buwan?

yup may expiration, sa BPI kc 3months sila bago expire ung application, and then incase na ma expire nmn ung application nyo pwede nmn apply ulit. tama sir minsan gusto nila makabenta at makahabol sa monthly quota.

I've got this idea kasi na gusto lang makabenta or makahabol sa quota for the month of June or for 2nd quarter itong agent na ito dahil I've been dealing to a lot of Sales Person sa work kaya alam kong naghahabol lang sa benta. Wala lang kasi ako idea sa kalakaran sa bentahan ng kotse

Medyo nag-stick nga kami dito sa dealer na ito kasi kakilala yung agent ng kilala namin kaya mabilis nya rin kami napa-approved sa bangko.

tama yan sir, is not a matter nmn po kung mamahalin or hindi high-end or low-end ang mahalaga dyan eh pinaghirapan/pinagisipan at higit sa lahat happy kayo sa choice nyo... good luck.

May expiration sir. I worked on bank before. You can always asked the loan officer from that bank to reconsider or reprocess your loan application.

hi sir medyo newbie ako dito pero ask ko lang sa psbank kasi ano naapprove so for releasing na din yung car sabi ng SA so my question is why asking pa ng mga additional requirements ? what if ndi ok saknila yung mga requiremnts na pinasa ?? babawiin ba yung approval ? or approved na talga yun ?

Bakit SA ang kausap mo sa financing? And bakit sa kanya mo ipapasa?

Approve na pero walang requirements? San nila binase?

Avoid inhouse, Sa bank ka muna dapat nakipag usap.

Much cheaper.

Nag document signing ka na ba? Nagpasa ng proof of income? Why hinihinhian ka ulit?

What is too late? Wala ka pa commitment naman at the moment.

If there is, sa bank ka mag direct wag sa SA ng casa.

downpayment po is 54k so 20% daw po sya yun ang sabi saken too late kasi naipasa ko na yung requirements after magsend ng msg saken si PSbank na approved ako sabi ni agent sa bahay na daw po kami magppirmahan pag delver ng car

and nag fill up lang po ako ng form kasi nag transfer ako ng approval from toyota to hyundai

270,000 lang ba yung bibilhin mo? Because that is the 20% of it.

Do that math, Low DP nga kaso pag sinuma mo ang interest ang lake! In the end talo ka pa din.
