"life is cheap. i have a gut feel na after nila makuha yung car sinubukan nila ako i setup para "patahimikin" but they failed."

seryoso ba 'to? sabagay, pagdating sa pera minsan wala ng kama-kamag-anak, kapatid, kaibigan. tsk! tao nga naman

I don't get it, ba't naisip nila kumuha ng Fortuner.

Eh hindi naman pala kaya bayaran yung DP and monthly.

It seems as if parang pinipilit nalang nila yung status nila eh. Para lang sabihin ng neighborhood na "mayaman sila" tsk tsk.

wow! How old are you na pare?

I thought what i did about a decade ago was the most stupid one can make. I got two cellphone plans both from smart and globe with free smartphones para sa syota ko na usapan namin cya mag babayad sa monthly since wala cyang requirements to get a plan kasi student pa cya. after a few months, di na nya mabayaran yung subscriptions in full... and aside from than we broke up. it ended that i have to pay 40k to terminate both subscriptions and balances para di masira yung standing ko from both companies.

but you paying for the DP for a car and use your credit line for a friend was insane. might be ok for a sibling or sa anak who is just starting as a professional. but still mas mabuti talaga yung pinaghirapan nung bibili. at fortuner pa talaga pinili na di naman kaya... picanto nalang sana or alto.

kidding aside, hope you solve this problem pre. i'm sure bridges would be burned but mahirap talaga once money is involved and we are talking more than a million here, might not a big amount to some but malaki na yan to most of us for sure... mabye a few months to a year's budget na yan.

For sure the bank would not listen to any reason you give, kung ano naka lagay sa loan contract yun na yun and you signed it so it is sealed and ikaw yung may liability sa bank at hindi si "friend". so the best way cguro: 1. get the fortuner from your "friend" get help from barangay, sherrif, politician, police, or kung sinong connection na pwedeng tumulong. 2. get funds to pay off the loan balance, as one suggested that you can sell some of your cars as you don't want to be reminded of the monthly deduction for several years that gets into your passbook na nagpakatanga ka. 3. you can use the fortuner yourself and be reminded every time you drive it of the "stupidity" you have made or sell it and get something you really wanted to drive. hehehe.

gawin na din kitang kumpare since you are really such a nice guy... hehehe. i'll invite you to all the family gatherings and everyone's birthday.

    Im in my early 30s.

kaya ko pay in full once na makuha ko na ang sasakyan.

gusto ko sana gamitin na lang pero may nangungulit na sa akin na gusto saluhin at bilhin yung sasakyan.

I dont get it either.
