    mga bossing help naman.....

    backgrounder:
    own damage ung auto. Basically rear part of the car has to be replaced (bumper and trunk).
    claim filed january 10 '11.

    Situation:
    2 weeks ago, insurance called in para sabihin na the replacement parts are ready to be sent to the accredited talyer. Lastweek, It arrived kaya lang, trunk was not included. and sabi nila shop na lang daw ang bibili, kaya lang until now, wala pa din ung replacement trunk. (no time frame when can they provide it) so, hinde ko pinapasok ung auto sa shop because obviously di pa din naman nila masisimulan yun.

    guys, tanong lang, ano pa bang options ko para mapadali ung pagpapayos ko ng auto. PWede ko pa ba insist na cash settlement na lang para ako na mismo ang may control when it can be repaired. (insurance agent said, hinde na daw pwede cos parts are there na..kaya lang in partial naman sabi ko, and they said.. basta hinde na daw pwede.. dang!) tama ba yun? or are there any other options na pwede kong gawin?

    Why dont you just bring the car in para maumpisahan na ang repair.
    Hindi nila bibilhin yon replacement trunk kung wala doon ang car.

    The sooner you start the repair process, the sooner it will get done.

    Why don't you talk to the Talyer? How old is the car btw? If you wanted it to be process faster, why don't you just bring it to casa instead of talyer? you have the option to bring it to CASA, the only difference is that you will be paying higher rate for the participation, since they base it on the year model of the car. Atleast you will have a better service, and better workmanship. Rather than bringing it to Talyer.

    anong insurance company po ba yan?

    gud pm sir.. new member here .. first of all thank you for this kind of forum where we could ask questions regarding our car ... sir nag avail po kasi ako ng unit tru car financing.. a brand new 2011 hyundai i10... ang unit price po nya ay Php.538,000.00 ... may free po sya 1 year comprehensive insurance amounting to Php22,062 at LTO Php 7,627.. sabi ng bank dapat daw sa november 2011 ay dapat meron na kami comprehensive insurance na maipasa sa kanila.. magkano po kaya comprehensive insurance namin next year? 1 tym payment po ba ang insurance? o pwede po sya byaran ng ilang months within that year? please response to this concern... thank you so much and godbless po

    bro kalokohan yang sinasabi ng agent mo, pwede mo patanggalan ng license sa insurance commision yung ungas na yan, dalhin mo sa casa at ipa-estimate mo yung damage tapos padala mo sa insurance mo yung computation ng damages para maissue-han ng LOA, wala silang karapatang magdikta sayo kung saang talyer mo dadalhin yung kotse mo.

    may nakasabay ako sa insurance commission na nagrereklamo tungkol sa authorized repair shop ng insurance, hindi pa nagsisimula magsalita ang arbiter inilabas agad ng insurance rep. ang LOA sabay sabi na pwede mo na ipasok ang Jazz mo sa honda. ok mga tao sa IC pinapanigan nila parati mga nag-cocomplain dun. kung nakabili na sila ng piyesa hindi mo na problema yun, problema na nila yun, talagang dine-delay nila ang pagbayad sayo kaya nila ginagawang installment ang parating ng piyesa, kung sa casa yan sabay dapat dating ng piyesa at ayos agad kotse mo.

    pwede din cash settlement, kaya nga lang babaratin ka panigurado dun lalo na kung medyo luma na kotse mo. best option mo pagawa mo na lang sa casa at siguradong genuine pa mga ikakabit na mga piyesa sayo. kung talyer lang sigurado replacement lang ikakabit dahil mga kasabwat ng insurance mga yan.
