backgrounder:
own damage ung auto. Basically rear part of the car has to be replaced (bumper and trunk).
claim filed january 10 '11.
Situation:
2 weeks ago, insurance called in para sabihin na the replacement parts are ready to be sent to the accredited talyer. Lastweek, It arrived kaya lang, trunk was not included. and sabi nila shop na lang daw ang bibili, kaya lang until now, wala pa din ung replacement trunk. (no time frame when can they provide it) so, hinde ko pinapasok ung auto sa shop because obviously di pa din naman nila masisimulan yun.
guys, tanong lang, ano pa bang options ko para mapadali ung pagpapayos ko ng auto. PWede ko pa ba insist na cash settlement na lang para ako na mismo ang may control when it can be repaired. (insurance agent said, hinde na daw pwede cos parts are there na..kaya lang in partial naman sabi ko, and they said.. basta hinde na daw pwede.. dang!) tama ba yun? or are there any other options na pwede kong gawin?
