Ikunsulta mo na sa lawyer, since gagawan nyo din naman ng deed of sale at ipa-notary well as let the lawyer draft it.
Attractive nga ung offer ng friend mo na hulugan ung 50K, at halata naman na gusto mo din.
Pero looking into the advise of the other TS, mag canvas ka sa mga 2nd hand auto exchange at pa compute mo magkano ang DP at monthly mo kunwari mag loan ka sa bank. Siguro naman kung magtatanong ka ng price e qualified ka.
Kung kukuha ka ng 2nd hand sa iba vs ung offer ng friend mo, then decide.

2012 1.3 E. Should be around 500k cash if you buy it secondhand yourself. Yes, some people advertise higher, but they're delusional... who's going to buy one for over 550k when the brand new one starts at 580?
At 13k per month plus 50k, you're paying 674k... (assuming he's already paid 12 months). Not a great deal.
Merely assuming the balance... period... with no down... is fair. That puts you at about 6% a year in amortization. Roll the 50k in and you're at about 8.7% in amortization.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

ang importante lang dyan may dokumento na signed niyong dalawa at nagkakaintindihan kayo. nagkakatalo lang naman yan sa mga clauses like as is where is basis, indemnity and etc.
pero isa ang sigurado diyan, pag tinuloy mo iyan at nagkapirmahan kayo kahit sa math notebook ng anak mo ok pa din yan, lalo na kung may notaryo. pwede ka din humingi ng resibo (in the form of ledger, like paying rent) sa kanya everytime na maghuhulog ka to prove na ikaw mismo nagbayd ng MA. pero yun nga MOA or Deed of whatever ultimate solution diyan.

MOA and Agreement of conveyance or whatever na tawag dyan. Lalapit na rin ako sa Abogado. Actually may mags daw kasing kasama at 8k a piece ang paka bili nya. Titignan ko na lang po. Try ko mag upload ng pic pag nakuha ko na.
